I am on jobseekers but they have given me less than the maximum ammount because i have savings

the problem is that this money is needed to pay for my BVC or LPC (havent decided which yet) so it isnt actually disposable or usable for anything. i wouldnt even resort to it to pay my rent.

i want to appeal the amount I am getting on this ground.

does anyone have any relevant advice or know of any cases in this area?
