Litigation Fee Earners/Consumer Law

Consumer Credit Litigation Solicitors are a thriving law firm based in Manchester. They employ over 150 staff and ambitious plans to grow the business further during the next 12 months.

The firm practices Consumer Law and is one of the National foremost firms working within this growing area. CCLS act on behalf of claimants against lenders and challenge the fundamental enforceability of contracts such as mortgages, credit cards, secured loans etc.

They offer exciting opportunities to work in this area of law. Continuing with their ambitious plans for growth and strategic development the firm is looking to appoint a number of additional Fee Earners.

You will be an accomplished and experienced Fee Earner, Qualified or unqualified from a background of either Consumer Law, Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Personal Injury or Commercial Litigation. You will have managed a high volume of cases upwards of 150-200 files and have up to date knowledge of CPR.
