New to board + question about essay
Hey all, I've just registered here, looks like it could be a useful place to help me through my LLB.
I'm just writing my first criminal law essay and I want to discuss the foresight of virtual certainty from Nedrick/Woollin. In such an essay, would you also need to discuss how the law developed in that area and discuss Hyam, Moloney etc or would you just stick to the cases that are currently in force?
If you are doing a legal problem just discuss the current case. If you are doing an essay type question then you may need to go into the background.
