    Hello

    I have posted this thread here as I did not find a forum for "Employment Law" and I really do need urgent help in a question that I have been struggling with:

    The question is:

    1. “Bosses who hire and fire their temporary staff on a whim will be able to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Temporary staff are never likely to receive the same employment rights as long term employees.”

    How can I approach this, and what areas of employment law are relevant here?
